Back problems we see every week

Most back pain improves with the right advice, treatment and exercise.

  • Sudden back pain. Pain that comes on after lifting, bending or a long day at a desk.
  • Ongoing back pain. Pain that keeps coming back or has lasted for months.
  • Sciatica. Pain running into the buttock or down the leg.

How we treat it

  2. Treat

Hands-on treatment where it helps, plus advice on work, sleep and activity.

  3. Strengthen
