Hip problems we see every week

Hip pain has many causes, so a proper assessment matters.

  • Outside hip pain. Pain on the side of the hip, often worse lying on that side.
  • Groin pain. Pain at the front of the hip or groin, common in sport.
  • Hip arthritis and stiffness. Stiff, sore hips that limit walking and daily activities.
