Knee problems we see every week

Knee pain usually responds well to the right mix of treatment and strength work.

  • Tendon pain. Pain just below the kneecap, often linked to jumping or running.
  • Arthritis, ligament and cartilage. Knee osteoarthritis, and ligament or cartilage injuries before and after surgery.
