Running injuries we see every week

Most running injuries come down to how much load your body is used to, and respond well to the right plan.

  • Knee pain. Pain around the kneecap or outside of the knee.
  • Shin and calf pain. Shin splints, calf strains and Achilles pain.
  • Hip and foot pain. Hip, groin and heel pain linked to training.

How we treat it

We look at your injury, your training and your strength, then get you running again safely.

  1. Assess

We assess the injury and how you run, and look at your training load.

  2. Treat

Hands-on treatment where it helps, and a plan to adjust your running.

  3. Strengthen

A strength programme and a step-by-step return to running.
