Shoulder problems we see every week

Most shoulder problems respond well to a structured, progressive plan.

  • Rotator cuff pain. Pain when lifting your arm, reaching or lying on that side.
  • Frozen or stiff shoulder. Gradual loss of movement with pain, often at night.
  • Sports and gym injuries. Shoulder pain from pressing, throwing, swimming or racket sports.

How we treat it

Hands-on treatment where it helps, then strength work progressed as your shoulder responds.

  1. Assess

We test movement and strength to find what's driving the pain.

  2. Treat

Hands-on treatment and advice on what to change in training or at work.

  3. Strengthen

A progressive strength plan, so you get back to reaching, lifting and training.
